we had the fabulous opportunity to celebrate our first new years weekend with some of our closest friends in one of the most beautiful places on earth.we all headed to my friends cabin in island park on friday night and stayed until sunday afternoon.
it was a blast. it's always fun with these cute friends of ours. we all get along so well. friday and saturday night we stayed up til 1 or 2 am playing games, talking, watching football, and eating. of course during the day we played in the snow....well...they did...i couldn't do much due to being in my third trimester. so i mostly rode on the back of the 4 wheeler while others got pulled on sleds. it was still a blast! i love being outside up there in the beautiful fresh forest. it's so refreshing and rejuvenating getting out in nature.
norman started school on monday and it was a great little get away for our last weekend before gettin back to the grind. i love these friends of mine!!
by the way...norman and i finally moved on monday and tuesday. UGH! such a grueling task. i've slowly been putting stuff away and i'm makin some headway. it's so nice to be in an apartment with windows....you have no idea. but we don't have internet yet so....that sucks. SOON THOUGH. soon.

and now i am starting to feel that anxious nesting syndrome where i want that baby room done ASAP! so this weekends task: paint the crib, buy a mattress, and set it up. making headway people.
